Returns & Exchanges

At GORUCK, we build gear to last a lifetime, but we want to ensure you are 100% satisfied with your purchase. If your gear isn't the right fit, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery provided it is in new, sellable condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and shipping zip code to start the process.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Select the items you wish to return or exchange and download your prepaid UPS shipping label.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Place your gear in the original packaging if possible, attach the return label, and drop it off at any authorized UPS location.

• 4.
  Processing and Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
